I’ve always enjoyed preparing a good home cooked meal for my family but I couldn’t say the same for baking until I went vegan. Initially my interest in vegan baking was bore purely from a desire to have an occasional sweet treat. What I discovered was something I found relaxing. After a long day of work, I found therapy in accurately measuring sugar, hand mixing batter, and sharing the sweet results with my family.
